Summer Is For Pretty Dresses & Iced Coffee

Hey curvy girls all over the world,

Now that its officially summer, I will be in dresses pretty much everyday. I don’t play around in the heat. Looking cute and feeling cool is a must. This summer, I’m filling up my closet with bold prints and colors. In addition, I will be doing the same with shoes. Lately, Eloquii dresses have been some of the prettiest summer styles on the market for plus size women. From trendy off the shoulder styles to sweetheart necklines. I want just about every dress on Eloquii’s website. One of the dresses that I fell madly in love with was a printed sweetheart front tie dress (gifted).

Eloquii has restocked this dress atleast twice. It’s such a pretty dress for summer. It’s one of those dresses that is perfect for a chic daytime look. I can just have a seat, relax, and sip on an iced vanilla coffee and just enjoy the view.

For accessories, I wanted to wear shoes and a bag that would make the dress pop. I went with a pair of lime colored tie up sandals from Aldo’s and a yellow leather clutch from Talbots.

Can I just talk about how amazing the fit of this dress is. It fits my boobs perfectly. Sometimes with sweetheart necklines, there isn’t enough fabric to cover my big boobies. Also, the strap is a medium size which is super comfortable for holding up my girls. The dress is so flowy. I have to be careful when the wind hits it because it blows up, I can’t have everyone seeing all my goodies. LOL!

Since I got this dress, I’ve worn it 3 times already. First time was to the premiere of the Straight/Curve documentary. The second time was with a pair of flats to lunch. The third time was to take in the sights in Dumbo. This may just be my favorite piece from Eloquii. Photos by: Pristine Finesse
