Hey curvy girls all over the world,
Last week I had such a great time at the Blogher conference in Chicago that I can’t wait to go back and really see the city of Chicago. It reminded me so much of NYC. The city was beautiful and so was the scenery. My blogging buddy Cece from The Big Girl Blog and I went out sight seeing and were acting like tourists. We also decided to have a little photo shoot time with the city as our back drop.
For the conference I wanted to wear something cute, colorful, and bold. I opted for this animal print ASOS Curve shift dress. It is nothing short of fantastic. I ordered a size up because I wanted the dress to fall over my ample hips and bottom. Because the dress is slightly oversized, I belted it to create a waist and a more structured look.

For shoes, I went with my Nine West Ankle strap sandals.

As an FYI, I really like your blog, but all the advertisements are beginning to get overwhelming. DO you realize you even have pop ups? This doesn’t happen when I got to any other page, so I know it isn’t my computer.
I think it is great that you are making money, and I commend you for your partnerships, but some of them are so unrelated to style (ie staples and GM) and it becomes distracting, overbearing and off putting.
