Hooray! We finally have 100 followers. First, I want to say thank you so much for believing in this blog and allowing it to help you embrace your curves. Thank you for all your comments, good and bad. Thank you for passing this blog on to your friends and family. I would like to say a special thank you to The Budget Fashionista and Kathryn Finney for allowing me to be a contributor to your wonderful blog and for your great advice on blogging. Also, I want to say thank you to The Fashion Bomb and Living Fly On A Dime for allowing me to do a guest post on your blogs and sharing Chic Style Edit with some of your readers. Of course, a big thank you to my family and true friends for encouragement when I wanted to quit. Most importantly, thank you God for blessing me with the strength to do this everyday while working a 9-5.

honestly, i just recently started embracing my curves by wearing clothes that showcase my brickhouseness instead of hiding behind sizes and cuts that were way too big and loose.

I embrace my curves by remembering that “skinny” doesn’t necessarily mean beautiful and we all come in different shapes and sizes and we are all beautiful
